Another remedy I use if I start to feel I’m coming down with something, is, I take 2 shots lightly warmed Yukon Jack whiskey (careful- it’s flammable!), add a teaspoon of honey + a teaspoon of lemon & a few shakes of cinnamon.
Knock it back & get into bed under the covers. Hopefully you’ll sweat it out overnight & should be on the mend in the morning!
